Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through direct sales, bulk hiring, and volume hiring.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of quality assurance throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Strong background in direct sales, team handling, and team management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Direct and coordinate a team of 1st and 2nd levels of Customer support personnel.
Setup, manage and improve standards and procedures within the team.
Cascade business objective and targets to the team.
Review daily targets, priorities and take appropriate actions to ensure results are achieved.
Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together.
Preparing and analyze the the situation and determine resources needed to solve them
